I don't know what happen with the unhappy customer. My experience with Tom's Radiator was good I have 3 cars and Tom's Radiator the only shop I have work on my cars. They don't do smog checks or windshields but if I need that done I take it to them and they take care of it for me, they make sure my car will pass smog before they take it to smog shop. I recommend Tom's Radiator to all my friends and family.

I own a 2002 Toyota Highlander I had it at a auto shop for service they told me my compressor was bad and needed to be changed for $1000.00 they would change my compressor, expansion valve and filter. A friend told me to take it to Tom's Radiator for a second opinion. I took it in, the manager John checked my car and told me the problem was the expansion valve stuck open. I asked if the work was guaranteed he said for 1 year. I had them do the job, my car worked great. I would recommend Tom's radiator, they are honest, fast and the prices are reasonable.

I DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH TOM'S RADIATOR AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. HE DID UNAUTHORIZED WORK ON MY CAR,DID NOT REPAIR IT , AND THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO THINK I SHOULD PAY HIM FOR UNAUTHORIZED WORK BY GIVING HIM THE TITLE TO MY CAR.
